During the decade of operating time period the agency has not faced any complains legal claims or liabilities for misconduct and malpractices, since we are not into any misconduct or frauds. That itself provides a clear picture of our operations.
The documentations and the processing of foreign employment such as interview, screening, medical certification, trade testing (skills test), training, documentation etc, is handled by the agency and the certification for the foreign employment is provided from other respective regulatory bodies to verify skills and the competitiveness of the worker. The other regulatory requirements, processes and documentation for the foreign employment are also handled respectfully.
The employment terms and conditions are as per agreed employment terms by the job agent (foreign agent), the agency and the prospective employee and signed (also known as job agreement). Specifically the terms and conditions are prepared in a fair way. Any complains and issues about and during the employment term are immediately addressed by both foreign job agent and the agency to come to a resolution.
The term of employment is generally as per the job agreement (Can be extended). Both the agency and foreign job agent will be responsible for the employee/worker until the end of the term of employment. During the term of employment regarding any complains and issues the employee/worker must firstly (initially) contact the agency and the job agent. Those issues will be immediately addressed by both foreign job agent and the agency to come to a resolution. We, the agency will not allow employee exploitation.
